By accessing this web site, you agree to be bound by the web site terms and conditions, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you are prohibited from using the site.

Unless otherwise stated, PoweredbyNature Ltd. and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the PoweredbyNature site. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may view or print pages from https://www.poweredbynature.co/ for your own personal / non-commercial use.

You may not modify, sell, transfer, “mirror”, rent, sub-license, reproduce, duplicate or copy material from the site, or remove any Powered by Nature proprietary notation from our materials.

Should you breach these terms, resulting in termination of your account, you must destroy all downloaded materials in your possession, in both electronic and printed format.

SITE USAGE & TERMINATION

You are required to establish an account on the site in order access and use certain features, such as making a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, true, complete and current information about yourself as prompted by the site and to update that information when necessary.

Where inaccurate, false or out-of-date information is used, reserve the right to delete the account.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account and password.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach, and to ensure you exit your account at the end of each session.

You agree to be responsible for all charges arising from use of your account including unauthorized use.

PASSWORD

During the registration process you will be asked to create a password. We advise you to create a strong password, include a mix of upper and lower case and/or numbers.

OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

By clicking on “Buy” you are placing a binding order of the items that appear in your basket. We will then send you an email confirming the order, and this email serves at the order confirmation contract between Powered by Nature and you, and is effective the moment you receive it.

In cases where you pay by bank transfer, the order confirmation email will be sent once we receive full payment.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

The prices established on the products will be applicable on the date the order is placed.

The established prices are the final prices, and include Value Added Tax in The United Kingdom at the applicable legal rate. Until the full payment is made, the order remains our property.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your order and your location.

It is 100% legal to ship hemp-based products to US and EU territories. Outside those territories, the laws vary.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

Your order must be in its original unused condition to be returned, except in the instance of a manufacturer defect.

Your order must be returned to us within 14 days of the day of receipt of your order.

REQUEST A REFUND

Please email: info@poweredbynature.com with Request a Refund in the subject box.

In the email, please explain the reason for returning your order.

Please use the label included with your order to address the delivery box. Where applicable, our courier will collect the order from you, and when we’ve received it and verified its condition as per your email, your account will be refunded, and a new order can be placed.
